AIM operates on two sides of professional sport: athletes and clubs.
AIM was co-founded by Tom Crombie and Neil McCann, Rodger Nisbet and Doug Hoernle and serves professional athletes and clubs across football, rugby, cricket, netball, athletics, tennis, golf, swimming, cycling, motorsport and other sports.
For athletes
AIM offers a private, structured way to turn strengths built through sport into opportunities in career, business, education, finance, and personal growth. Athletes map their strengths, build a personalised pathway, and access a supportive community as they plan their next move.
For clubs
AIM is a private player feedback system that helps academies identify patterns in confidence, pressure, communication and team dynamics, enabling earlier support and intervention.
